Who This Assessment Is Designed For
This diagnostic is designed for:
The purpose of this assessment is to help you step back and evaluate the underlying strength of your leadership and operational foundation.
You may find that your organization is stronger than you expected — or you may uncover areas that deserve attention.
Designed for business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams responsible for results.
The 6 Pillars of Organizational Strength
Strong organizations do not succeed by accident. They are built on a set of leadership and operational foundations that support consistent performance and sustainable growth. Over more than two decades of working with business owners and leadership teams, I have found that the most successful organizations demonstrate strength across six critical areas.
Leadership Strength
When leadership strength is weak, organizations experience confusion, slow decision-making, and inconsistent performance
Team Alignment
The leadership team operates with trust, clarity, and shared priorities. When alignment is missing, departments pull in different directions and execution slows.
Strategy
The organization has a clear vision and focused priorities that guide decision-making and resource allocation. Without strategic clarity, leaders stay busy but progress stalls.
Systems
Effective systems and processes allow the organization to operate consistently, scale efficiently, and avoid constant firefighting.
Financial
Leaders understand the financial drivers of the business and make disciplined decisions based on accurate financial insight.
Owner Freedom
The organization performs effectively without excessive dependence on one individual, creating long-term sustainability.
How the Assessment Process Works
The Six Pillars Assessment is designed to give leaders a clear and structured snapshot of the strength of their organization. The assessment can be completed individually or used as a leadership team diagnostic to reveal how leaders view the organization across the Six Pillars.
Step 1: Complete the Assessment
Answer a series of questions that evaluate your organization across the Six Pillars of leadership, alignment, strategy, systems, financial performance, and owner independence.
Step 2: Review Your Results
You will receive a Business Health Score that highlights strengths and potential gaps across the Six Pillars.
Step 3: Optional Leadership Discussion
Many leaders choose to review their results in a brief conversation to better understand what the findings may mean for their organization.
Deeper Insight for Leaders and Teams
The 6 Pillars Diagnostic identifies the structural constraint.
From there, professionally administered and debriefed assessments may be deployed within coaching engagements to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team alignment. These tools are not the starting point. They are deployed strategically once structural priorities are clear.
DISC Behavioral Assessment
Professionally administered and debriefed to clarify communication patterns, delegation tendencies, and role alignment.
Emotional Intelligence (EIQ) Assessment
Provides structured insight into executive awareness, composure, and influence under pressure.
Leadership 360 Assessment
Confidential, professionally facilitated feedback from peers, direct reports, and supervisors to uncover blind spots and strengthen executive effectiveness.
Team 360 Assessment
Evaluates leadership team alignment, trust, and accountability to improve collective performance.

“Ken Sevick helped Klock Entertainment grow up business in not just a financial aspect, but a productivity and processes aspect as well. Ken taught the way of structuring your company as well providing tools to help you create the right processes and path for your organization. While doing this, Ken made sure you never lost sight of your “why” and made sure you drove your engine with passion. Ken and I still keep in touch post-coaching as friends and typically see each other once a year. Ken plays a significant role in the structure, growth, and path I chose with my company. If you’re looking to see growth in your company and growth within yourself as a leader and manager, Ken is your choice for a coach.”

“I’ve owned my own businesses for close to 20 years, and it seemed I always struggled with the day-to-day managing, and my focus wasn’t always where it should have been. After I met Ken and started implementing his systems and strategy’s into my business we became a profitable company that I look forward to working at every day! Our profit margins are off the charts using his program, and the systems we use from Ken have taken over 50% of my headaches and created an awesome flow to the day-to-day operations! Can’t wait to see what the future holds with Ken Sevick’s coaching leading the way!”

“Ken worked with us for a little over a year and helped us install a multitude of procedures and systems into the structure of Amerway. In the time we worked with Ken, we increased our customer acquisition from 25 customers per month to 60 customers per month. Along with cross sale and up sale techniques, we took our gross sales from 8.1 to 9.2 million in the course of one year. By employing many of the techniques that ActionCOACH teaches to boost company morale and employee satisfaction, Ken helped us make Amerway a better place to work! I highly recommend Ken Sevick Coaching for any company that wishes to boost their sales, profits, and employee morale.”
